The SSI Extended Range course will take you beyond recreational depths to 45m. Choose to learn to dive on deeper gas mixes either with or without helium in the mix, the option is yours, you can upgrade later.
This course will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to independently plan and carry out decompression dives, in either twinset or technical sidemount, to a mximum depth of 45m, using decompression gas mixtures up to 100% oxygen for a maximum accumulated decompression time of 25mins, with an equally or more qualified dive buddy.
If you've not regularly dived in a twinset before now, we recommend starting with the XR Foundations Course which will teach you all about diving twinset, weighting, trim and buoyancy and is designed to prepare you for technical diving in a twinset before adding an additional stage cylinder.
