Orange Coral is usually found at much deeper depths in the realms of the technical diver, however here on Lanzarote we have Orange Coral blooming at less than 30m of depth!
This is a must do dive for any recreational diver and especially those into corals.
The Orange Coral is found on Veril de Playa Chica, Playa Chica reef, which is home to many reef fish, nudibranchs, anenomes as well as attracting Eagle, Butterfly & Sting Rays and Angel Sharks too! In the blue there is always the chance of passing tuna or hunting amberjacks.
Easily accessible to Advanced Adventure divers and a great dive site for those taking the course.
On this boat dive you can explore the reef and discover the Orange Coral sheltering in it's own little cavern. It is this shelter that enables the Orange to have the right amount of sunlilght to florish in recreational depths.
